Last night I decided that it was time to loosen the "Umbilical Cord" a bit... Felipe Ignacio slept the whole night in his crib. I know that I should have done this a while ago considering he is going to be 6 months in a couple of weeks but I just couldn't bring myself to release him into his own room.It went well after we got the monitor set-up and the crib ready for him. I thought I would have a horrible night keeping an eye on the monitor screen but when I realized that he was just in the next room I relaxed a bit and slept.

Good for you! This is good for him to because he'll learn to self-soothe.
ha ha...LOL. I know how you feel. I slept in CMan's room until he was 6 months too.
Oddly enough, that's also when he started sleeping through the night.
