700 Sundays

Today Adrian & I went to see 700 Sundays at the Adrienne Arscht Center in Downtown.

This is a one man show starring Billy Crystal were he talks about his life and how he calculates that he spent about 700 Sundays with his dad.

This play made us realize how important it is to have photos and videos of your children.

Star Wars

Star Wars in Concert...

You might be asking yourself how can they make a concert out of these movies and no R2D2 & C3PO do not sing a duet.

The whole concert revolved around different scenes from the movie being shown on a large screen while a orchestra played music appropriate to it.

At moments I was so into watching the screen that I actually forgot about the concert. I would get snapped back to reality when they would show the orchestra on the big screen.

This concert was a great experience.

Billy Joel

Last night my husband and I had the great fortune to go see Billy Joel in concert at the Bank Atlantic Center in Sunrise. It was an AWESOME show. The concert lasted about two and a half hours with no intermission. He sang a few songs from his early work but the majority of the show was songs that are more well known. This was the total opposite from the show he did last week, which my friend went to see....

This is the fifth time that I see the Piano Man in concert. I have seen him play alone 4 times and once with Elton John.

Adrian, my adorable husband, went crazy taking pictures at the concert so since I can not post all 175 photos here are a few shots that I thought were great.
